Have a burning legal question you wanted answered?
Want to know what the life of a judge is like?
You can ask those questions and more this afternoon with British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge Thomas Crabtree's first #AskChiefJudge Twitter Town Hall.
The Chief Judge will
answer questions and engage in live Twitter conversations on topics
related to access to justice, the future of the justice system, and
problem-solving courts including First Nations courts. Why these topics?
Each of them is in the news these days, and each is important to the
public, the Court and the Chief Judge.
Judge Crabtree cannot comment on individual cases and he may not be able to answer
all questions during the town hall but efforts will be
made to answer outstanding questions on the Court’s website after the event.
Here's what you need to know to get involved:
1. Simply add #AskChiefJudge to your Tweet to participate in the town hall.
2. Not on Twitter? Email questions to TwitterTownHall@provincialcourt.bc.ca.
2. The town hall will run from 1 to 3 p.m. Pacific standard time.
